These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Lehtify ("the Service"), operated by an independent developer based in Finland. By purchasing or using Lehtify, you agree to these Terms. 1. Description of Service Lehtify is a browser-based landing page builder that allows users to create and export static HTML/CSS websites. The application runs entirely in your browser. Exported files are provided as a downloadable ZIP archive. Lehtify does not host or publish websites created with the Service. All exported files and their deployment are the sole responsibility of the user. 2. License Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Lehtify for personal or commercial purposes. The license is granted to a single user. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share license keys. You may not offer Lehtify itself, or its presets, templates, or components, as a competing product or service. Each export license remains valid for 30 calendar days from the date the license key is issued. After a license expires, exports require the purchase of a new license. A single license key may be activated on up to five browsers or devices during its 30-day validity window. Additional activations beyond this limit may be denied automatically. Payments All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Lehtify does not collect or store your payment information. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms and conditions. 4. Refund Policy All sales are final for digital products once a license key has been issued, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, which provides an exception to the right of withdrawal for digital content where delivery has begun with the consumer's prior consent. If you experience a technical issue preventing you from using the product, please contact us at lehtify@gmail.com, and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. 5. Ownership of Exported Content You retain full ownership of all content you create and export using Lehtify. Lehtify claims no intellectual property rights over your exported files. You are solely responsible for the content you publish or distribute using exported files. 6. User Content & Local Processing Lehtify does not host, store, review, or distribute user-generated presets or exported files. Everything is created and remains on your device unless you decide to share it. Because of this local-only architecture: • You control any distribution of exported ZIP files and presets. • You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to all images, fonts, and media you include. • Lehtify has no technical ability to remove or modify exported files after they leave your browser. 7. Acceptable Use You agree not to use Lehtify to create or distribute content that: • Is unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent • Infringes third-party intellectual property rights • Constitutes spam or deceptive practices Lehtify is not responsible for how exported files are used or published after export. 8. Compliance & Legal Content You are solely responsible for ensuring that the pages you export comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where you operate. This includes, but is not limited to: • Drafting and publishing your own Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, cookie notices, and other disclosures • Providing accurate information about how you collect, store, and process personal data • Meeting accessibility, consumer protection, e-commerce, and taxation requirements Lehtify does not provide legal advice, cannot guarantee regulatory compliance, and does not supply jurisdiction-specific legal copy. Consult qualified counsel when in doubt. 9. Hosting, Integrations & Data Exported files are static assets that you host and operate independently of Lehtify. You are solely responsible for: • Selecting and maintaining hosting, SSL certificates, analytics, and third-party integrations • Managing API keys, webhooks, and any external tools connected to your exported site • Testing forms, scripts, and data flows before collecting visitor information • Ensuring that any data you collect is processed and stored lawfully Lehtify does not host exported sites, monitor uptime, or guarantee compatibility with third-party services. 10. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lehtify and its operator from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your distribution of exported files, or your violation of these Terms or third-party rights. 11. Disclaimer of Warranties The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Lehtify does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. 12. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lehtify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Total liability shall in no event exceed the amount paid for the license. 13. Changes to the Service Lehtify reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. Lehtify shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such changes. 14. Changes to These Terms These Terms may be updated from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. 15. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Finland. Consumers within the European Union retain any mandatory consumer protection rights granted by the laws of their country of residence. 16.
