This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Lehtify ("Licensor"), operated by an independent developer based in Finland. By purchasing or using Lehtify, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. 1. Grant of License Upon purchase, Lehtify grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software for personal or commercial purposes. This license is for a single user and does not transfer with the license key. Revocation: Lehtify may revoke this license if the User violates any terms of this Agreement. 2. Restrictions You may not: • Resell, sublicense, or transfer your license key to any third party • Share your license key publicly or allow others to activate it • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software • Use the software to create a competing product • Redistribute, sell, or sublicense Lehtify presets, templates, or components as standalone products 3. Ownership of Exported Content All HTML, CSS, and other files you export using Lehtify are fully owned by you. Lehtify claims no rights over your exported content. You are solely responsible for how exported files are published and used. 4. Local Processing & User Content Lehtify does not host, store, review, or distribute your presets or exported files. Everything is generated locally in your browser and remains under your control unless you choose to share it. Because of this architecture: • You decide if, when, and how any ZIP exports are distributed. • You represent and warrant that you hold the necessary rights to all images, fonts, and media you include. • Lehtify has no technical ability to modify or remove exported files after they leave your device. 5. User Responsibilities You are solely responsible for maintaining compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards when using exported files. This includes, but is not limited to: • Preparing and publishing accurate Privacy Policies, Terms of Service, cookie notices, and consent flows • Ensuring accessibility, consumer protection, e-commerce, and taxation compliance in each jurisdiction • Managing any personal data collected through exported sites and responding to visitor requests Lehtify does not provide legal advice, cannot guarantee regulatory compliance, and does not supply jurisdiction-specific legal copy. Consult qualified counsel where necessary. 6. Hosting, Integrations & Data Exported files are static assets that you operate independently of Lehtify. You are solely responsible for: • Selecting and maintaining hosting, SSL certificates, analytics, and third-party integrations • Managing API keys, webhooks, and other external services connected to your exported site • Testing forms, scripts, and data flows before collecting visitor information • Ensuring that any collected data is stored, processed, and deleted in line with applicable law Lehtify does not host exported projects, monitor uptime, or guarantee compatibility with third-party services. 7. License Key Activation License keys are issued per purchase and validated via a secure serverless function operated by Lehtify, which communicates with LemonSqueezy to confirm the license. After validation, the license status is cached locally in your browser for up to 24 hours. Keys may not be transferred, shared, or reused across multiple users or devices. Lehtify reserves the right to revoke a license key if misuse, resale, or other violations are detected. 8. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lehtify and its operator from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your content, your distribution of exported files, or your violation of this Agreement or third-party rights. 9. No Warranty The software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Lehtify does not guarantee that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all browsers, operating systems, or third-party services. 10. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lehtify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the license. 11. Governing Law This Agreement is governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Finland. 12. Changes to This Agreement Lehtify reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the software after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. 13.
